I have a iPhone X and the Mophie Charger works great and charges fast, charges so good my wife jacked my mophie to charge her samsung s8 plus and now I own two wireless mophie chargers, thanks.

Great Charger

I own two of them since everyone in the house has a QI enabled phone. One of them had issues and stopped working. Your support staff made the warranty process as smooth as possible. Very personable and courteous representative assisted with my inquiry. She helped register both my products as the website was having issues with registering both of my chargers. Keep up the great work!

Great product

This works exactly as described.  I just upgraded to the iPhone XS and I have a case on it.  It works, no problem.  I like having it on my night stand so that if I need to use the phone, turn off an alarm etc. I don't have a chord attached in the process.  And it looks nice.  About the size of a drink coaster.  Very pleased.

So Convenient

i brought this product a month ago and it was awesome at first, but i realised it takes a slower time to charge my phone, it may take quite long to get up to 100% full charge, but overall it was very excellent, the design prevent slipping of phone and it is convenient too!

I am a bit unsatisfied with how this charges as it doesn't always make contact when the device is placed on it. There have been multiple times where I thought it was charging but it had not been.

Needs Work

The first mophie charger I purchased back in October stopped working at the end of February. So it lasted almost four months. I guess $6 shipping for a replacement isn't bad. However, if most products go bad within a year shipping is included. I received the new one and it's working for now. I have purchased cheaper Qi chargers I have a couple over two years old and still going strong.

This is my 2nd wireless charge base. My last one completely stopped working so I was able to return it to Mophie & they sent me a new one for free. The constant problem I have with these cordless bases is that it's difficult to make the connection you need between your iPhone in the Mophie case & the Mophie pad. I have to move my phone around the cordless pad constantly until i see the light blink & FINALLY know I've made the connection. Having to slide my phone all over the cordless pad searching for a connection so it can charge over night is not what I expected from this Mophie chargeless base pad. I expected to be able to just plop my phone down & the charging begins. Most likely your going to experience the same thing because as I said earlier this is now my 2nd chargeless base pad & it's having the same problems as my first one.

Difficult & time consuming to use at times☹️

I bought this less than a month ago and within 2 weeks it stopped working as intended. It got to the point where the light indicating charging was occurring only stayed on for 1 minute before I needed to pick up my phone and place it down again in a very specific location, which was different every time. the charging capabilities are basically for maintenance and won't increase the charge on my phone more than 1% on a good day. Most days it loses charge over time.

Terrible Quality

the mophie works with no problem charging an iphone Xs, but fails charging the iphone Xs and apple smart battery together. the mophie can charge the apple smart battery alone but when together only charges the iphone leaving the smart battery with zero charge. a new apple smart battery has to be special ordered by apple. expected new apple smart battery is expected in a week, only then will we know if the mophie wireless charger is able to charge the iphone and smart battery together or not.
