Great product. I was surprised by the weight balance when working out, no issues or strain on joints, feel solid and stable when lifting. Doing HIIT workputs with little rest between sets, adjusting wt was easy. Really impressed.

Better than cpuld of hoped for

Gone are the days of having  to own multible  LBS

Worth the money

is it bulkier then other dumbbells sure, does it work just the same yes. 
It was a lil weird at some point when turning the knob to adjust the weight and wouldn't let me but i just had to lift it up a little bit and move it better in place in holder and easy fix. 

I have been scared about the weights slates falling out of the dumbbell when lifting but it stays on. Its been awesome working out again, and having something that can be used for all body parts to work out. perfect for at home, when you can't afford the gym or maybe its to cold out to bus/walk to the gym.  

Even got my bf who wasn't found of these weights that I found online - now he uses them and likes them alot.

Dumbbell case made of plastic is not verry tough. It broke before I start using it.
