We use feeders on our farm for both the wild deer and the deer we raise, this feeder was for our deer. The price on these feeders is fair considering some of the higher priced options but they do last. The last one I replaced in the field made it bout 8yrs before the lcd read out went bad and if you can find decent batteries they will run months before needing battery replacement. There is no spinner mech protection screen so it does not take long for deer to figure out how to spin it for more corn, less than a week. The new lcd controller is way smaller and to this date I have not figured out if there is an on off button but its on. These are not squirrel proof and I can see this will have to be watched. Theres no bells or whistles on this version, add batteries put legs in place and add corn, the controller was not hard to figure out, there was no instructions in my box. If you want legs to stay together you will need to drill and bolt each one, there are some holes but not enough to just bolt up and go. I would buy again because its simple and easy to setup and use but most important cost effective

Simple easy cheap feeder option

Set up and running for a week now with no issues.  Was missing a bolt washer wingnut, but it seems to be fine missing only the one.

Meets expectations

The chart for amount of feed it will dispense in seconds appears to be a little off but I guess it is geared to be  kinda generic.  It does exactly what it was designed to do and this is feed at your set schedule.

Does the job

Like overall operation.. Dislike short legs just the right level for hogs to destroy , along with the rest of the feeder.  Ended up tying to a tree.  Will see how the squirrels like the plastic.  Great temporary feeder..

Wildlife feed

For what I need it for it's great. I use it 20 yards from my blind and it's good for days I want to try and look for deer at certain times. Other days when in my stand I just go with the flow.  I did upgrade and I bought the solar panel battery  combo. It is a lot stronger than the batteries it came with. But either way this is a great value for the money.

Just What I needed

very simple to assemble unit and program timer.

Simple set- up. Seems to be working well. Deer haven't found it yet.

Great product and about $30 cheaper than other places.

Great quality and price

extremely disappointed the dispenser timer worked one time. I have set the times and reset it and reset again and the dispenser is crap it does not go off.  My experience with the feeder I purchased is that it was seriously overrated in the reviews I had read or I got probably a Chinee's lemon.  My question now how much fun will it be to go back to Moultrie and ask for a replacement timer/dispenser??
