Although their image shows two horizontal monitors, I'm a web developer, so I wanted one vertical and one horizontal. Because of the nearly infinite settings on the two articulated mounting arms, they are are side by side with no gap in the middle. Also, I was frankly surprised at how stable the stand is. It has an option to drill a hole through the desktop to secure it, but I didn't need to.

This VESA desktop stand is GREAT!   I have now bought three of these and they work very well.   And wow, what a difference. I was able to get my new 27 inch monitor and my 19 inch monitor exactly where I wanted them. And setup was very easy. Plus, this stand comes with all the tools you need.

This stand appears to fit 75 and 100mm VESA mounting holes. So I had to make sure monitors had them. Many of the newer super thin monitors don't have any VESA mounts at all. Also, I had to be sure to position the monitors as close to the stand's center pole as possible. The base is nice, heavy and wide. But by positioning the monitors close to the center pole, I was able to better balance it. Also, since my monitors are not the same size, I needed to position the monitors so there's the same amount of monitor sticking out on each side. Doing this made my setup very stable.

These Are Great VESA Monitor Stands!

I had been looking for a dual monitor stand for a few weeks doing my research and pricing comparisons.  I had seen this dual stand on a few websites for quite a bit more and in some cases for double the amount.  After verifying it was the same one as on the other websites I went ahead and ordered it.  I could not be more happy with this purchase the adjustable arms and swivel heads help with the alignment of the monitors.  It was exactly as advertised, easy set up and sturdy build, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking at this dual monitor stand.
