This is an excellent item; well-liked. The only downside is if you have a lot of items on it, it can be heavy to lift for some people. Construction is very good. If only it had hydraulic pistons to lift, then it would be amazing for all. Still not too big of a deal. Just don't load it up with too much stuff.

Well-Built / Tough Construction

I chose this model due to the extra large working surface. There are many similar products that are smaller for a bit less money, but I'm happy to have the extra surface. It holds both of my monitors with room for my iPad as well. I was careful not to go over the recommended weight limit, because I want it to last. When the stand is lowered, it does take some effort to raise it up, but the motion is smooth. When it was delivered all I had to do was screw on the keyboard holder. I have a large Microsoft ergonomic keyboard, and there is enough room for a mouse as well.

but I'm happy to have the extra surface

Bought this standup desk for work. Very well made and very ergonomic. Only assembly required was putting the rubber foot pads on the bottom. I use this setup either all the way up (standing) or all the way down (sitting). The height all the way down was exactly perfect compared to the manual riser for each monitor as used previously. This item sits on top of my desk and fit perfectly.

This desk is a real standup!

I was working a part-time job where I would have to stand from 6 to 8 hours. Then Covid-19 came along and I'm home sitting way too much. This product solved that issue for me. Yes, it took me about 6 hours to assemble it and then customize it to my preferences, but I'm not complaining. I love this product and wish I had ordered it sooner. I had great communication from the company and I'm very happy with a 5 year warranty. I would definitely do business with Mount-It! again. Very, very happy.

Great to be standing again.

Love the product! Moves up and down easily. My monitors are 27" monitors and they fit nicely on it. The description does say no assembly required ready to use out of the box. But you do have to attach the keyboard shelf but it only took less than 5 minutes.

This is an amazing product. Well crafted, sturdy, easy to assemble (about 1.5 hours) and excellent to use. It has helped me tremendously at work and I will eventually purchase another for my home

I would of given 5 stars but there was confusion on the shipping on my product and it was delayed much later then I expected. Otherwise this works great for my home office and the ability to move it from room to room. You need patience putting it together but just read the instructions and you will be fine.

Good quality standing desk

Fits my desk perfectly and has great height...my only issues were the instructions could be better and the diagrams larger. The markings are so small you barely see them and non of the materials are lettered so so kind of have to figure it out. The product is steady and I still have desk space.

Perfect fit

This is a decent desk. First the plusses. It looks good. The tabletop itself is thin so when you use it in unraised position, it increase the desk height by less than 1.5 inches. It looks great.Now for the minuses: it wobbles when you type in it, or to be precise, when you type on it, the monitor on its stand wobbles a bit and this makes it hard, at least for me, to type and was so annoying I almost sent it back. In addition, raising and lowering the desk is not that easy, and if you are older or weaker, it might be a little challenging.In the end I did not send this back. I was able to do two things to basically eliminate the wobble entirely. If your desk is against a wall, you can push the entire unit so the back of the desk stop is pushed hard against the wall. This effectively stops about 97% of the wobble. Then I cut two pieces of wood, measured to the height of the desk raised, and put one piece on the left side of the raised desk and one on the right side. After this there was virtually no wobble or movement, even with vigorous typing. As I gathered from a number of websites, table wobble is the main issue with convertible and even full model standing desks, and they need either sufficient weight and cross bracing to prevent the wobble. OTherwise typing is a little bit like reading on a boat and unsatisfactory for more than a few minutes. But the fixes outlined above worked for me and I like the look of the desk--its' very clean and modern and it blends in well with the desk itself. If you are at a desk that is NOT against a wall, I wouldn't keep this desk. It would be virtually impossible to stablize with just wooden posts, even if you used four of them--I tried this and there was still too much wobble to make continued typing/reading possible.
