Easy to use with instructions, just gotta beware of the small parts in the brew basket. I took out the stopper not knowing what it was when I first received the product and almost lost one of those parts. Fortunately, I found it after searching on the floor and it functions perfectly fine.

Hello I bought this coffee I think I would have good coffee but unfortunately I never could make 12 cups of coffee.It flows so slowly that I thought it was normal but even put 12 cups of coffee I manage to have only 4-6 coffee the coffee is so strong and I do not use the button to put it strong.I really am sorry a friend has checked coffee time and it has checked why the coffee has been so slow. discovered that the piece that holds the item has been drilled so it can not filter all the coffee.can replace it or credit me I live alone and I only use the coffee just when I have of the visit I am very decu thank you
