Good choice

Easy to use with instructions, just gotta beware of the small parts in the brew basket. I took out the stopper not knowing what it was when I first received the product and almost lost one of those parts. Fortunately, I found it after searching on the floor and it functions perfectly fine.

My first ever coffee machine!

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Mr. Coffee 12 Cup Programmable coffee maker. It is really easy to use, and has all the features you need! It comes with a removable filter basket, which makes cleanup easy, and you do not have to buy filters. I program it to brew before I wake up so the pot is brewed and ready to enjoy. Strong brew selector (nice!) and 4 hour auto shut off. There is an auto pause feature, which I have not used yet because I program it, but it is a handy feature. If you are brewing a pot off coffee and want a cup before it is done brewing, you have that option. The coffee pot is very attractive too!

Easy to use!

mrcoffee.com

The coffee maker is exactly as seen in the picture, but it doesn't have a reusable filter, so I'll be returning it, as I was interested in having it to save on filters.

NO REUSABLE FILTER

Online it said this coffee maker comes with a reusable filter, but it did not.

Misleading description

Coffee maker itself seems fine but is advertised as having a reusable filter and it does not. Disappointing as this was the reason I selected this particular coffee maker. While I understand products may not be exactly as advertised, this issue doesn't fall into that category. Makes you wonder if you paid a premium price for a feature that is not included.

Not as advertised - no reusable filter

Make 12 cups BUT ONLY STAY ON FOR ABOUT 4 HOURS!!! STUPID!!!!

Mr Coffee

Hello I bought this coffee I think I would have good coffee but unfortunately I never could make 12 cups of coffee. It flows so slowly that I thought it was normal but even put 12 cups of coffee I manage to have only 4-6 coffee the coffee is so strong and I do not use the button to put it strong.I really am sorry a friend has checked coffee time and it has checked why the coffee has been so slow. discovered that the piece that holds the item has been drilled so it can not filter all the coffee.can replace it or credit me I live alone and I only use the coffee just when I have of the visit I am very decu thank you

Bought this 2 years and 2 months ago. Did all required maintenance including cycles with vinegar. Now it just steams up and doesn't cycle.
This is not a long enough lifespan for a coffee maker. Now I see why it is a 1 year warrantee compared to 5 years with Hamilton Beach

Done after 2 years, 2 months
