Like the fact it will go in the dishwasher. Somewhat difficult getting the top disconnected. Broke off a small tab on the top when taking apart.

After years of using a plain old coffeemaker, I was just tired of getting up and running to the kitchen to turn it on and going back to bed to wait for my coffee. Saw it on sale for Cyber Monday at WalMart. Found it $20 less than Amazon and took a chance. Came a week earlier than original shipping date. Followed the easy instructions and took apart and put in the dishwasher. Programmed it for the next morning and it was hot and waiting for me when I got up. When I took my first sip, it was the best coffee I ever tasted at home. I would give it another star once I figure out how to get rid of the condensation inside, probably something simple but Iâve been using a simple coffeemaker for years. I would recommend to anyone looking for great coffee and donât need all the fancy buttons that the more expensive have.

Didnt know what I was missing all these years!

I purchased my machine in 07/2020 and use it max 2x a week. However when I removed the filter basket and the basket it sits in other day somehow whatever held the spring into place was no longer there and I'm assuming fell down the drain without me seeing so now my coffee maker is not useable.

Love coffee but..

One of the primary reasons (and uses) for this coffee pot has been the brew later feature. It allows me to prepare my coffee for brew in the morning and gets me up. My time display has been disappearing over the past few months and now it is impossible to tell what time it reads. I have not even had this pot for 2 years and the issue started happening shortly after one year. It's kind of silly to have to purchase a new pot just because the time display doesn't work but since this is something I use regularly, I feel disappointed to say I may have to. I can't say with certainty that it will be another Mr. Coffee pot.

I would have no complaints except…

I've had this coffee maker for less than a year, first problem I had was water coming out and having my counter cover in water, I solved that problem using a washer or what is called a ranger band of about an inch wide fitted on the tubes where the water moves from one side to the other, no more problems. Bad elements used on your part. The warmer plate has pealed, the coating used not for heat? Never put the parts in the dishwasher yet the lid clip is broken now and apparently caused by the heat while brewing, which I can't fix, and I can't find the parts listed. Even with all these problems I still like the coffee maker, and it still brews great coffee. Can you please tell me where I can find the lid clip or the lid with the clip? Kindest, Zally

Not the best you have made

I had this coffee maker for about two months before the lids plastic hinge snapped. I continue to mainly lift and replace the lid until the washer fell out of the siphon tube of the washable water siphon tube while washing. Attempts to replace the clear rubber washer were unsuccessful and resulted in the washer being pushed too far up the siphon tube.
 The on off button also became stiff and required significant pressure to activate  within the first year. 
Using the dishwasher to maintain water reservoir cleanliness helped with coffee flavor, but did not eliminate the need for descaling.

Plastic hinge

I've only owned this coffee maker for 3 months and the pause and serve function is broken. The rubber washer holding the parts together fell off several times while washing in the sink. Finally it got flushed down the drain when my daughter didn't notice it came apart.

Can't find replacement parts

I bought this today. I am trying to remove the theoretically removable lid to put it in the dishwasher.  Can't do it, and there's no support available on line or on the phone.  I wish I would bought something else... and may take this back..

Stupid design

I received my Mr coffee coffee maker for Christmas.  I've used it a handful of times since. This morning as I'm getting ready to use it the basket fell apart. Whatever was holding the stopper in just fell off, most likely when I was cleaning it and probably went down my drain

We purchased this coffee maker five to six months ago and already it stopped working.  As of this morning, as soon as you press Brew Now it just beeps twice and does nothing.  So frustrating.
