If you enjoy a hot cup of coffee, this is the only mug warmer that heats enough to keep your coffee hot.  Believe me, I tried the cheaper ones and they do not keep my coffee hot like Mr. Coffee does.

I placed my full cup of coffee on the electric mug warmer and had to go away for awhile. When I came back about 20 minutes later, my coffee was still nice and hot. It would have been cold if I didn't have my new mug warmer and I don't like cold coffee.

Reliable and works good

I dont know why I waited so long to purchase these. I bought two of them and we just love the way it keeps our coffee warm. The only problem I have found is the black plate on the warmer chipped off pretty quickly.  But I do like my nice warm cup of coffee. Five stars and I will purchase them again.

I've had one of these for years and absolutely love it and use it every day. I recently bought a second one so that I wouldn't have to take it with me every time I visit our cottage upstate. Even if I'm there for just a long weekend, I don't want to be without it. It keeps my coffee just the right temperature. The one I've had for years has endured a lot of abuse - spilling on it, knocking it on the floor many times, etc. - and it just keeps working beautifully. Amazingly durable product. It's one of those rare little devices that solve an every-day problem in a convenient, low-cost way.

Love this! I don't like cool or cold coffee  but I was always forgetting to drink my coffee while it was hot.  So this coffee warmer has solved that problem.. Got one for my husband also and he loves it..  We both tend to get involved in what we are doing and forget to finish our coffee until its cold , so this has solved the problem.

this 1 is exactly what i wanted.

Great addition to my Mr Coffee maker, does really good at keeping your coffee HOT. If it had an auto shut off when don't move your cup after a while it would be ideal. Mr. Coffee has the best coffee making products on the market.

Great Accesory

This is my first time using a coffee warmer and the only thing I don't like is it doesn't keep it as warm as I'd like. I have to put a cover on my cup so it will be hot enough. It's fine after that. It is painted black and where the cup sits and it gets scratched up. So all and all l would still recommend this product.

I like it.

I had a Mr Coffee cup warmer many years when I was working. Now I am enjoying it again. My old one did not have an on/off switch which was convenient because when you placed your cup on it, it would turn on. I guess having an on/off switch is a safety feature, but you do have to remember to turn it off. 

I find the temperature it keeps your coffee at, is perfect for me. I don't have to keep microwaving it.

I purchased this product because I can't stand my coffee getting cool. It does just what I wanted it to do. Fits all my different size coffee mugs. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the other morning (around 14 times I've used it) I turned it on but the light didn't come on, it didn't get hot. I checked my plugs turned it off then back on and the light came on and it started to warm up. I'm hoping this was just a fluke and not a sign that it's going to stop working after just a couple of uses....
