I like it so warm,👍🏻but I don't like the voice

This heater replaced my kerosene heater that was loud and had fumes. Very quiet and puts out the heat.

I was pleased with output of heat from this unit...however, this unit says its supposed to have quiet technology built in so i was suprised to hear a loud rattle from a fan cover.  Either it was poorly put together or not tested.  checked all screws and retightened...still have a rattle.

No where in the description could I find that this was a reconditioned product, so I was disappointed when I unpacked it to learn this. Additionally, it is missing the handle and the LP hose has the POL (old style) connector while my LP tanks have the QCC1 connection. Would not buy it again - I can buy a comparable unit NEW and complete for the same money.

Keep shopping - it's not a deal.

because when i purchased it no where did it say reconditioned and it is a reconditioned product.it would have been nice to know this ahead of time. as well as it was missing the hose and regulator also

Third party provider means another company deals with you. Sent me a duro heater instead of mr. Heater that I ordered ,mr. Heater was out of stock so they sent me whatever  they had the company I delt 
with was good and helpful on phone, walmart was  totally  useless very little help not there problem....
