We bought this 1.5 qt. stainless steel pan with a stainless lid to replace a worn-out coated product. The Cooks Standard heats up evenly and cleans very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a heavy duty one and a half quart saucepan with lid. This was exactly what I was looking for. It heats evenly on the bottom and I really enjoy the small size since I live by myself and cook for just one.

This 1-1/2 quart sauce pot is a well made (3-ply) try-clad heavy sauce pot that is thick walled and bottom and disburses heat evenly and retains it well.
Works well with induction stoves.
Outside layer is made of a magnetic stainless steel with a middle layer of thick aluminum and the third inner layer is another layer of quality stainless steel that cleans up amazingly well particularly if you follow the manufacturer's instructions that are furnished with the product.
Its highly polished mirror finish is top notch quality along with the well designed solid lid. 
Very impressive quality and design not to mention it's a nice looking cookware!
I would definitely recommend and at this price point you can't beat it!

1.5quart Sauce-pot

This is a very sturdy 1-1/2 quart saucepan. It has quite a heft for its size, even the lid. The handle is very comfortable. The pan heats evenly and is easy to clean. The lid fits well. The finish is very nice. I am very pleased and would buy Cooks Standard cookware again.
