This is a great fireplace. It delivered quickly.  Very easy-to-use.  You just plug it in  and go. I highly recommend.  It heats a room fast.

The unit was smaller than I thought...but still nice. There was only two pieces which made it super easy to put together. The flames are realistic. Great find!

Fireplace was just as pictured and arrived in perfect condition.   Was definitely packaged to withstand shipping!

The photos of the unit in a hobbit's house was misleading as to product height. Other than that, it is a very nice unit in appearance and performance.

Consider the measurements

looks nice, but it was cracked and the bottom is just painted foam which was also busted up.

The bottom part was broken.  It's a pity when you pay such a large amount and the thing turns out to be broken.It's just that the thing is too heavy to return, so we had to spend more money and repair the bottom part.

Terrible product had 2 delivered both damaged 
Would not recommend this product to anyone as it damages very easy. One was broken in the corner and the othr was damaged in the front. Both were not seen till after you unpack the product. Appears to have been hit or dropped during shipping or in packing

Damaged fireplaces

I like the fire place.the reason for the one star is because when we got the fireplace out of the  carton we discovered 2 peices broken of.I contacted the service department spoke to 3 different people.they gave me the option of returning g it or I could have a 25.00 credit. To me this offer is an insult as the fireplace is in the basement,the packaging is destroyed and gone. I have no way of getting this upstairs to return it as I am 84 years old and they won't take it without the box it came in. I am willing to keep it if abetted arrangement  can be reached

Damaged

Product has been great, however I have not put in fire part yet due to weather. Shipping was the worst, would think twice, and online service! Not happy
