I purchased the Mustela Stelatopia + lipid replenishing cream for my eczema extremely dry skin and I am very impressed by it so far. I have purchased a plethora of different products that are okay, but haven't worked as well as this product.

I have tried so many eczema creams,  lotions and ointments. This is by far the best!  It is a very oily lotion so it soaks into my baby's skin better and lasts all day.  I use a small amount on his face too and it has improved the eczema on his cheeks. I prefer this over the other Mustela baby eczema products,  although they are all good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now almost 5months old, my baby boy developed small eczema patches on his body when he was 3 months old. We were massaging him with oil but did not help with eczema. I happened to try this eczema relief cream on him and wow it helped so much. Now he has no dry patches on her body. We use this daily on him. It's nice and thick but spreads easily. I swear by this body cream. I highly recommend trying it out if your little one has eczema patches.

Replenishing cream

This formula is smooth and moisturizing but it is not nearly as good as the item that I think it replaced. Please bring back the original Stelatopia balm! It was perfect in every way. This is just ok. Nothing special.
