My 17 month old daughter is able to enjoy this size crayon without getting frustrated. Its perfect for this Scribble stage.  I would recommend putting your child in the high chair and work on an activity. You can include learning colors as well as counting while your young artist goes to work.

The  1  1/2 year old boy that  I gave them to loved them! Also gave him m a  large picture coloring book and some large white paper to color on.

Easy to grasp egg shaped crayons.

My 6 month loves to use.  She can't really draw but under strick observation in her highchair, we spend one on one time.  As she ages we look forward to seeing her creations.

Bought these for my 16 month old grandson and he loves them! I had bought him jumbo crayons but he is rough on them and they broke. A friend told Me about these and they are great! They fit his hand he can smash in on the paper and they don't break. Other then us learning we don't eat them, even if they do look
Like an egg! lol  we love them!

Great for little hands

I wasn't sure about ordering these crayons as they seemed so strange compared to what I would consider a crayon, yet they are perfect for little hands. The egg shape fits well in the hand of a toddler, and the large surface means no matter how the crayon is angled when it comes in contact with the paper, it works. That's rewarding for little ones. Highly recommend!

Ideal for little hands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a 15 month old and while he's able to hold normal crayons, he's been pecking with them. These palm grasp crayons are much better suited for his aged, and he isn't wanting to use them like a hammer!

I bought this for my 14 month old, and while she's probably still a little too young for them (more interested in eating them than drawing with them so far) they are perfect for her grip and make beautiful colors.

I was a little disappointed with these crayons. They do not really color well; unless you press very hard the color is nor very bright. They look too much like a ball that my grandson wanted to throw them and roll them on the floor instead of color on the paper I bought him.  Not very impressed.

Color left me flat
