After searching for a tent for my daughters American Girl doll, we were unsuccessful finding one available from American Girl and Target. Found this online. Had to order the sleeping bag separate, but well worth the $$. I was a little concerned after reading the reviews about putting it together, let me tell you, it was easy peasy and it is sturdy. The doll fits perfect and can fit a friend. Very cute item and very pleased with the purchase.

My seven year old daughter got this for Christmas. She loves it! You can see the dolls through the mesh sides of the tent. Front closes very well. Good quality "posts" to hold up the tent! Very flexible. Cute campfire and chair! The only small disappointment is the lamp. It is so very dim, the light is yellowish And you have to HOLD the button for it to stay on. My daughter wishes it would click on and off. It fits two dolls.

I originally was going to get the My Generation camping set from Target but it received really poor reviews. After looking online I found this one and am very pleased. It is well made and the tent is very cute. The little lantern lights up and you can open the cooler. The tent was easy to put together, also. Great buy!

Great camping set for 18 in. doll

This tent and camping set are so cute and after checking the price of AG tent of $85.00,which I could not believe they could charge that much for a doll tent etc...I am totally pleased with the bright color and everything that goes with this are perfect for the dolls camp out,the tent was larger than I thought it would be...great product...great price!!!!

perfect playtime camping

I have two of these sets and my girls love the accessories that come with it, especially the lantern & the chair.
Assembly was easy, and the tents fold flat to store beside a dresser when they're not playing with them. That is a plus for us!

It was almost 40% cheaper to buy this online & pick up in the store than it was to go to the store & buy it, so check online first if you know you're going to get this!

Great set for 18" dolls

My grand daughter was most thrilled to receive this gift. I recommend it for girls.

Great toy.

I purchased 2 tent sets for my daughters for Christmas 2013. Their 18 inch dolls fit in them perfectly. They have an American girl doll, Journey girls, and a my life doll they each fit well. The only issue which is not really an issue is the bottom of the tent is not firm so if they want to move it everything they have in the tent falls; however the tent and accessories are in good shape, the tent is also very roomy. Love the tent and accessories they are holding up well. They play with the tent sets with the Our Generation camper and jeep just about everyday so it was money well spent.

18 inch doll Tent Set

Overall, it isn't a bad toy. The cooler seems a like the lid will not work for long. It is a very hard plastic and slides open on the top. I think a lot of opening and closing will do it in. The chair doesn't collapse much, basically you just fold down the back of it. The lantern is cute, but you have to hold down the button to make the light work. It would have been nice if stayed on by itself for 30 seconds or something. I haven't set up the tent so I am unsure about it. On the other hand, it is good for what it is and I am sure you can get some good play time out of it.

I am very disappointed with the My Life As Camping. The tent is very "flimsy" and the pieces that hold up the tent break easily. I bought it for my 6 year old and the parts broke easily during normal play after less than a month.
