We brought this for our 2 year old daughter and a year and a half later she still loves playing with this game. It's a short fun game for parents to play with their child. Good for learning colours too. Instructions are clear and game is high quality. Now that she's older she likes to use the wooden fruit pieces as play food too, feeding them to her toys/dolls. One of the few games for her age that isn't a memory matching game.

I bought this for my granddaughter who is 3 and has siblings that are 5 and 10. The 3 of them loved it and played the game so well together. The wooden pieces are big and bright, very well made. And the fact that they play together to win instead of competing makes this game even better. Simple

My almost 2 1/2 year old doesn't seem to understand it fully. He gets the taking turns to roll the dice part which is nice. I know as time passes he will understand it more. Also helps with color recognition.

Simple and good quality game

For first board game it Is very sample and not to long just perfect for <2years old

We love HABA products and this is a must-have game for little ones! It is very easy to play and everyone is playing together against the raven. You learn about a lot of gaming concepts like using a die, taking turns, moving a raven along the path, collecting objects, etc. The wood fruits are very high-quality and will last for years. We keep this game out on our bookshelf and play at least once a week before going to bed. Our toddler loves it! I am giving the game 4 stars because the apple is repeated twice in different colors. It would have been nice to have four completely different fruits. There are different versions of this game and they have included four different fruits. Instead of the red apple, one version has red cherries.

Must-Have First Game for Toddlers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very, very simple game, easy setup. The kiddos had a great time with it. The sturdy wood pieces are absolutely beautiful. We played 3 times straight away and we won twice and the crow won once.

Beautiful, simple game

The fruit pieces were so big. When I had the game for my children, 20 years ago, the fruit pieces were small and their were many. Now there are less pieces of fruit, and they are so big.

It is not what I expected.  Trees are small and fruit pieces don't fit on them.
