I have problems with arthritis in my neck and shoulders.  If my pillow isn't “just right” I have pain.  This is the best pillow I have ever had! I follow the directions and fluffed it in the dryer before I used it.  Works like a charm.  I highly recommend this pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new one isn't as good as my older pillow. It's a my pillow too. The new ones fill seems much harder than the old fill. I washed it and thought that might soften it up but it didn't. I just went back to using my older my pillow.
