This was very esy for my 8yr. old son to play with his dad and actually win. They enjoy the game.

It is OK. On rookie, you can make every shot. When the computer passes it in, it doesn't call a 5 second violation on them. Overall, I though it was OK. But, i would give second thoughts about the game depending on how you like to play wii games.

A very helpful Product Review

My boys love to play, it does take time to get the hang of playing. Made for kids over 10.

Sports fan fun

I am a very devoted Spurs fan and was thrilled when I saw that we could select seasons and "play" on our fav team. However, the instructions are sketchy at best and neither I (moderately video game savvy) nor my son-in-law (extremely video game savvy) could figure out how it works or how to play. Instructions please?

Too Complicated

I have to agree with the previous review. I have played previous versions of NBA Live 08 and the instructions are not clear, particularly for how to dunk. Basic game play is not too difficult, but the instructions in the manual for how to dunk don't produce consistent results. Additionally, in contrasts to Madden 08, I haven't really found a way to practice dunking, layups, etc. in a controlled environment where it might be easier to figure out the controls. I didn't have any real issues moving, passing, shooting jumpers or hitting a layup, but with the instructions I can't figure out how to dunk instead of hit a layup. Even layups aren't consistent.

Instructions are not clear

I thought having NBA Live on the Wii would make it more fun, but it didn't. It's still very "arcade" feeling and gets boring very quickly. I love sports games, I'm addicted to Madden 08 on XBox 360, but I lost interest in this game after playing it only a few times.
