Was having internet issues and knew it wasn't my internet provider but my 8  year old modem. Bought this and had it hooked up in 10 minutes or so and I'm nowhere near being good at that stuff! Walks you through step by step. Works great with the new router I purchased some months ago as I needed to replace the 8  year old router. My internet is super fast and no more outages/buffering when watching Amazon prime/Netflix/britbox/etc.

I consider my internet provider to be my mortal enemy lol.  When my internet signal started sporadically failing, I automatically assumed they were the culprit!  For better or worse, it turned out that the cheapo modem I purchased through Amazon last year was failing.  This one was on sale and available through the "same-day pick-up" service at Walmart.  Since I'm working from home these days, reliable internet service has become a necessity so I went for it!  While Walmart's "same-day pick-up" service was a massive failure for the third of the three times I've tried to use it, the employees who tried to help me through the process were amazing.  The modem itself installed VERY EASILY with just a couple of clicks through my service provider's app.  In no time at all, my service was working far better than it had previously.  This item was a great purchse!

Very easy set-up at a reasonable price!

This was very easy to set up.  All I had to do was attach the cables, plug it in and turn it on.  I have Xfinity cable. I kept their modem for a couple of days.  Speed is fine maybe better.

Easy peasy

We were having intermittent and laggy internet connection.  I was basically unusable when everyone was home and trying to use differnt devices simultaneously. Our modem was rated to handle our connection speed, but it just wasn't doing it.  I purchased this and installed it last week.  We have been enjoying faster speeds and no problems using multiple devices simultaneously since installing this modem.

Netgear makes things work!

The delivery is super fast. I put an order on Thursday and the modem is delivered on Saturday. It is also very easy to set up per the instruction. It takes me about 35 minutes to set up the modem and the router together.

Good purchase

much smaller than my old Netgear modem. easy set-up. just wish i was punished by Spectrum for not paying a fee for their modem! from what ive seen so far though is that the Netgear support is much better anyway.

Defective! 
This has not worked from the very beginning of my purchase. It constantly buffers any time I am streaming and drops connection. I have business class internet and use voice over IP for my work and am taking calls all day while navigating different screens on 2 different monitors. Slow connection, poor upload speed and it is not the ISP connection either. It is this hardware.

DO NOT BUY! Spend the money and buy a better one!
