I've had this modem for several years now and it works great. Compatible with our internet provider, this modem has saved us hundreds on equipment rental. Occasional internet speed tests performed are always consistent with fast internet uploads and downloads. On days that I need to troubleshoot a simple power on and off does the trick. Overall I am highly satisfied with this modem.

They are very poor distributors. Will not order from them again.

We ordered and paid for a new modem.  What we got in the mail was not in the original packaging and I can only assume is that it was a return or a reconditioned unit.

First its not brand new which i thought i was. Second I cant even activate this because its already registered to different account. What are you guys thinking.
