I love Neutrogena as a whole as a brand! They really do PRODUCE some fantastic, dependable, good quality products! 
And this wet wipe is no exception! 
I love the fragrance that makes me feel like I'm in a spa, getting pampered, the I love the feel of the wipe. It is not harsh at all, doesn't leave the skin full of scratches and is pretty effective at taking mascara off. Though I would not recommend for waterproof mascara. This is not strong enough. 
Overall I'm very happy with it and I keep buying.

I rarely use facial wipes, but started to use them regularly.  I found these particular ones work great for me. Not heavily scented , and does not leave a sticky feeling.

Great wipes for makeup removal

No other makeup remover clothes feel this good on my skin.  They may be cheaper, but  they are not good for my skin. They are rough and do not smell as nice, not to mention cause breakouts.These clothes are worth every penny!!

Realizable brand name. They stand by the product. Whether it's a quick touch up, under your eyes, or to take off all your makeup, it works! Occasionally there's a rollback price. Either way I keep these on hand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Neutrogena products and these are excellent wipes. No odor and they effectively remove all makeup residue. It was a last minute buy to give them a try and they were a good price. I am glad I ordered them.

I had been using a liquid makeup remover, and after using it, my eyes would get red and irritated through the next day. I began to think that getting all that dissolved makeup into my eyes was the problem. A Neutrogena Towlette removes ALL makeup, including eye makeup, but because it is not a liquid, very little gets into my eyes. This is a much better product for me to use... not sticky, no heavy perfume, and it works! PS I do NOT use waterproof mascara, so I don't have any comment on that.

Attention Neutrogena.  I have loved and used these wipes for more than 20(?) years.  
The last pack I received was not as wet/moist as previous packages.  I thought maybe I had them too long or it was a one off issue. Unfortunately, my brand new pack is the same.  I understand trying to cut cost, but this has affected the quality of the product to an extent I am questioning whether I will continue buying.  I consider these to be a luxury, not a necessity, and if I have to use 2 cloths, scrub harder, use two separate products, or wet the cloth with water (which affects the cleansing quality and leftover feeling of my face) to get all of my makeup off then I will quit buying.

Need the original quality back

The nighttime wipes do not work anywhere near as well as the regular, especially on mascara. I'll stick with just the regular makeup remover wipes from now on

The wipes are really good it's just the scent I cant get over. The fragrance tends to give me a headache. And last I checked neutrogena is a brand for the skin, they should know anything with fragrance in it isn't good for the face. Some fragrance FREE wipes should be thought of. Other than that they're great.wipes.

These wipes were so strongly perfumed I could not stand them around my face.  i needed to wash my hands and face and change clothes after partial use from one wipe and did still manage to get some on my hair..  If you are perfume sensitive, stay away.  I have no idea how well they work.
