If you have sensitive skin like I do, this stuff is fantastic. The scent is amazing. Just applying it gives a cool and soothing sensation. Sensitive skin, especially in the places that must be shaved, must have constant attention or you suffer constant itching which leads to scratching, which leads to the area worsening. This balm offers a nice temporary fix that you can live with. Even my wife likes to use it for shaving her legs because of the soothing sensation and wonderful scent. Certainly not the least expensive choice, but certainly a good one.

Nivea makes great skincare products for men. My dad loves this product. He has sensitive skin and always asks for this product. It has a nice light scent. Use it after shaving.

My son is a new shaver and had already began to have shaving bumps which was not a good thing and ingrown hairs, upon using this product the first time the bumps with away leaving the ingrown hair exposed to be removed and his skin looked 100% better I think this brand works for his skin and will follow through on other products.

Protect your skin!

I've always had problems with razor burns. I've used a few alcohol based products which do work, but I wanted something gentler on the skin.

This product reduced immediate redness, however the burn continues and lasts much longer than the alcohol solutions. Basically, longer burn sensation, slightly less redness and does not stop the impending blisters or bumps that pop up.

Didn't work for me. It does smell nice though.

Good For Smell, Doesn't Stop Razor Burns

I have annoying skin.  Hair growing in several directions, causing me to need multiple strokes with a razor, normally leading to razor burn and irritation.  This product lets me shave, and then go about my day with Much less annoyance then I would have before. The lotion is thin and you don't need a lot so be careful when poring it.

I love the way this aftershave absorbs into the skin and isn't greasy, but one of the reasons I bought the sensitive skin version of their balm is because I do not like a strong scented aftershave anymore. It's not a super strong scent, but it is much stronger than I hoped it would be which is disappointing. I've looked for unscented or very light scented aftershave lotion or balm for quite a while and for whatever reason, it's not out there. Seems like a no brainer to me because I can't be the only one who can't stand a fairly stong long lingering scent.

used on shaved neck beard and head. diddnt get anywhere near my eyes but they still got irritated and watery. may be from the sent or a chemical added.i would much rather have someone with no perfume
