We bought it as a Christmas present for our son. We ended up with a disappointed boy, we were not able to make him work, despite having followed all the instructions.

Not functional

This product did not work well at all. The cars would go a little, then stop. My son was very disappointed because I had to return it, and so was I.

Do not waste your time or energy

overall, it is a piece of junk, one car broke right away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sonic car works, but the Shadow car does not. When the cars are on the track together, they really don't fit together to be able to race because when the Shadow car is just sitting on the track, the Sonic car wrecks into it. This is our second purchase/ exchange/return. The first set, neither of the cars worked and we tried everything from new batteries the changing the polarities on the cars. Nothing worked. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS TOY! It's cute, but a waste of money.
