I have only been using a little over a month but so far so good. I love the monitor and locations for background. I've been trying different routines as well. I like the auto adjustment feature. So far I can not get my Apple Watch to connect but will try again

I love this treadmill. I started the intermediate hiking training series on iFIT and wow, it's amazing. I can feel myself getting stronger and slimmer. I'm 56, middle aged woman and this treadmill is perfect for me. It's also very nice to have since the weather has gotten cold. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend this treadmill!

Our Commercial 2450 treadmill has completely changed our lives in just 3 months! My husband has lost 20 lbs and I've lost 15—all by simply walking an hour a day while watching TV on the built-in screen. It's perfect for both of us, even with our height difference (I'm 5'1” and he's 6'1” over 230 lbs). Huge thanks to our amazing sales rep, Aaron Coltrin, who went above and beyond, checking in with us multiple times to ensure we were happy with our purchase!

Life changing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got my treadmill in December. I absolutely love it. There are so many different workouts to do on iFIT. I was a little worried bc all of the reviews of people having some trouble with theirs, but was able to set up with absolutely no issues and it has been working perfectly. Best purchase I've made for myself.

Overall I think this is a great workhorse treadmill. We had a previous 2450 about 10 years old and this definitely feels more compact and quieter. It does come with some negatives but has nothing to do with the feel of treadmill. There is now no space at the bottom of the screen to lay things such as phone/ipad down if you are trying to do a non-IFIT workout (there is a holder for stuff like water bottle but nothing for a screen to be placed down). 2nd issue is the iFIT software does not pair with a Apple Watch directly although they have now updated the software but doesn't connect every time. In the end we are still very happy with it despite our preferences for the above.

Great treadmill

I live in a very hilly neighborhood and running eventually started to bother me knees. I researched best treadmills and kept coming back to this one. So far it has not disappointed. It's in my bonus room upstairs and I run 5 times a week on it. The training sessions on it a very good. Highly Recommend!!

LOVE THIS TREADMILL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I'm overall very happy with this treadmill and really glad that I bought it after deliberating about it for a few weeks. I had also been debating whether to additionally subscribe to iFIT, but now I realize that without that I would not be using the treadmill nearly as much as I have so I consider it worth the money. I don't have to think, I just have to press continue on the series that I am doing in the app and do it. My only complaint is that it was immediately squeaky after only a few uses. I have been avoiding figuring out how to lubricate it, but I know I need to do that now before it gets worse.

Happy with this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I love this treadmill - but improvements could be made. I purchased this because I have a slight tear in my ACL and walking/running is a big part of my recovery. I live on country roads and I get real tired of the scenery near home since my driveway is about 1/2 mile of the trip. iFIT was the solution I've been looking for. 

Pros:
1. Pretty quick delivery, and I live nowhere near a city. 
2. The packaging is VERY good. They probably didn't even need to stop the truck to drop this off. 
3. I put this together by myself in about an hour. The instructions are super easy to understand and there's a video if you need it. I did not watch the video. 
4. The build quality is at least as good as what you would find at a premium gym. 
5. I love the big screen and the interface overall. I have an iFIT subscription, so that is how I've used the machine so far. 
6. It's very difficult to write a review and not talk about iFIT. I love the trainers, I love the city tours, I love it all. I enjoy the statistics, the calendar, and everything about the service. This service was the piece that put me over the edge on buying this treadmill - and I'm VERY HAPPY with it. 
7. Adjusting the belt, calibrating the incline and pairing up the heart monitor was super easy. 
8. The fan really works great! I love the auto setting. 

Cons:
1. Video quality is really bad. Like 2004 internet video quality. I have no idea why. Same issue on workouts and Streaming. 
2. The screen buttons for increasing/decreasing speed and incline almost always take several tries to register - which really isn't great when you're running too fast and want to slow down a little. 
3. I wish you could set standard settings for workouts with the fan speed. Every workout you have to turn it on DURING the workout through the menu if you want to use "auto".
4. Many of the running classes seem to be a little on the shorter side, and more are slower than faster. But this isn't an issue for beginners like me. However, I have done 2 workouts back to back when I've had time. 

Some of these gripes seem like they could be fixed with software, so it's frustrating that they exist at all. 

All that said, I love having a treadmill that also motivates me to workout. I can tell you that looking forward to the next workout in a series has motivated me to get on the treadmill several times already. 

If you do NOT plan to get or use iFIT, I can't see a reason to buy this treadmill. There are lots of options that are less money and just as well made. The upside is that this one is super high quality AND fun to use. 
Speakimg of iFIT, there are two subscription levels and the default one allows you 5 accounts. Those can be people in your household or friends across the country - which is pretty cool since there are a ton of workout options that are not just treadmill related. 

I recommend this treadmill highly if you've been making excuses for years about why you're not working out. This makes all those excuses very tough to justify.

IFit makes it worth it!

I've had the treadmill less than two months and my safety key does not work properly. I have tried to contact “online” support with zero luck do to what I would say are technical/navigation issues with trying to submit a support request. My working hours prevent me from calling phone support so I need an online option.

Treadmill Fine - Support Lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The treadmill is amazing, but. . . After a few days we decided that none of the I-fit workout stuff was of any use to us, so we decided to cancel. BAD IDEA!! If you don't PAY, you can't stream Netflix etc. on the screen, so that gorgeous HD 24" screen is useless. We paid a ridiculous amount of money for a treadmill that won't do anything but spin around unless we pay another ridiculous amount of money to be allowed to use it.

The treadmill is amazing, but. . .

The machine doesn't work, they send out a tech who then fails to contact me with an update for a month. When I contact him he says he can't do anything until you rewire your house electric to correct specifications. An electrician come out to confirm the house was always wired to correct specifications. I ask for a new tech but there is only one that covers over a hundred miles. . . At this point I would have paid someone 2k to talk me out of ever dealing with this company, so it isn't a total loss. Plus it is an ok drying rack.
