I am a beginner and needed a basic treadmill to walk on to kick start my fitness journey that was reasonably priced and that did not take up a a lot of space, and this treadmill checked all the boxes.  My husband assembled  it within 2 hours or so and with patience and the help of Youtube he was able to  put it together with no issues. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for a  solid starter treadmill to  jump start your fitness routine.

Major drawback is there is no manual modes to select from just normal speed increases and incline buttons. This is heavily integrated with iFIT .
