[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would use less than the recommended amount at first and then climb your way up to the recommended amount because if your not use to it it will shocked your body ( I didn't do that my body wasn't happy with me) then I did less and increased each time my body was more comfortable.

I add it to my Dr. Teals's and it's like aroma therapy. Helps me drift off to sleep.  Convenient tub size and easy to handle. Enjoy!

These are wonderful for a foot bath soak. I highly recommend.

Excellent Foot Bath Salts

Also does wonders for relaxing my tense muscles. It does take about a third of the jar to get the muscle benefits, but I find the price is worth it to indulge once or twice a month. Literally puts me to sleep every time, either in the bath or soon after I get out. Only takes about an eighth to a sixth of the jar to get my skin nice and soft. I try a lot of bath soaks and this and plain epsom salt are my only repeat buys.
