I'm actually using it for my hair and skin. Its doing wonders for both. Needed something for my dry hands after so many washes due to the pandemic.

Healthier hair and skin!

I bought this to season a cast iron skillet, and it came out perfect.  I put it in the oven for 2 minutes, then left it in overnite, by morning it sealed a tight, coarse coat around the pan, gave it a 2nd coat the same way, couldnt feel any of the chips or scratches in the pan, and then once i used butter and olive oil to fry, the surface felt like teflon and will only get better

It's not very bad in taste but comparing to the other oils I used in a past, this one loses. I don't taste any nutty flavor. My husby hates its taste but anyway we drink it for its healthy properties.

not what I expected, taste is awful, and I guess it's an acquired taste and the benefits from taking the flaxseed oil isn't all what I expected it to be, not too much beneficial for my needs.

It is not what expected. It's mixed with more oil. Do not buy. Please, give refunds.
