[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always struggled to find dietary restriction friendly substitutions, especially for the holidays, where I've got both picky eaters and dietary restrictions such as gluten free or dairy free. I decided to give a holiday test run of the quinoa macaroni pasta when given the opportunity to try it in exchange for honest feedback and was pleasantly surprised that it passed two out of three picky eaters for being a substitute for elbow macaroni noodles in a gourmet macaroni and cheese dish. The only catch was that the noodles were a touch tougher than normal but absolutely delicious and a trade up in virtually every category.

Great Alternative to Make Group Friendly Dish

The only thing I have to say is it cooked way faster than the box time - was done in about 6.5/7 min.
