New Favorite Pasta

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best, best, best gluten free pasta ever. I have tried them all and let me tell you this pasta is the best by far. It cooks up well and stays pliable after cooking. Most gluten free pasta seems to get stiff and breaks up easily, especially if you cook it and plan to use it the next day. I made macaroni salad with this pasta and the salad was wonderful two days later. It cooked up and stayed just like regular pasta. In fact, you would never have know it was gluten free. Great product!

Great Gluten Free Pasta. The best I've had

It tasted great and I really appreciate foods that have an ingredients list I can pronounce and that leave out all the unnecessary/harmful ones as well. My kids (1 & 3) loved it too! I am very mindful of what I feed my kids and this pasta passed with flying colors. It will definitely continie being a pantry staple in our house!

However, once I found this quinoa and rice pasta, I was HOOKED! I love knowing Iâ€™m eating something with minimal ingredients, is corn and gluten free as well as organic. The flavor is delicious and the texture is just like traditional pasta without the GMOs, additives and the bloat. Itâ€™s so easy to cook, (literally 8 to 12 minutes and you can serve). Definitely a staple in my pantry for whipping up a quick and easy pasta dish!

Knowing that it is produced in a dedicated gluten-free, allergy-friendly facility this is a pasta you can trust. I loved how clean and simple the ingredients were too: only organic rice, organic quinoa, and organic amaranth. It even came with a nut-free pesto sauce and cauliflower recipe on the box (saving that to make later). It was also very easy to make. I served it with some vegan pesto and steamed broccoli and it was delicious!! I will definitely be ordering more of this.
