Ease Of Assembly

Can be quick and straightforward, but may require a few minutes of effort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we had lots of fun with our children and grand children in the yard playing with this bow and arrow set ,it helped the arrows to stick to soak them in warm water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product for a kid learning archery!! Good quality and straightforward.

Sturdy and fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this yesterday and my 6 year old son was super excited and wanted to try it immediately. He absolutely loves it and played with it for a couple hours. There is a little bit of assembly but no more than a couple minutes. I recommend this to anyone with kids that love to be outside.

Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am pretty happy with the NSG Deluxe Kids Bow & Arrow Archery Set. It comes with a large freestanding target. The arrows have suction cups so I like how safe that is – and they seem to stick really well to the target and are easy to pull off the target. The target is pretty large at 16.5” diameter, and is 36” tall. I like the way the stand has the legs behind the target because it helps give it some stability and keeps them out of the way when you're taking the arrows off the target. I think the numbers on the target are really easy to read from far away, and the colors are nice and bright. I love that the bow is adjustable because it makes it work well for children of many ages. There's an adjustable strap on the quiver that holds the arrows so that works well to be able to adjust it to fit the child as well. It was pretty easy to set up and felt fairly sturdy once the assembly was complete. I think age 6 is a good starting age because it's pretty lightweight and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this toy to anyone looking for a simple bow & arrow set.

Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent toy bow with adjustable tension for young children, just perfect for my 7 year old wanting to imitate their papa! I was hard to find a toy bow like this that didn't just have a hole in the middle of the bow to push the arrow through, but instead loaded more like a real bow (admittedly with a couple of child friendly bars to keep them in place, %26 avoid to much frustration). It has so far provided many hours of entertainment. The target is solid %26 reasonably good size, but can potentially topple back if shot at from too close range (but still ok). So why only 4 stars? The arrows themselves let the set down. Weak shafts too prone to distorting. We have already had a couple break, and the set only came with 5 to start with. Nevertheless, happy with the purchase overall, and based on other toy bows I was looking at, I think the this was still probably the best choice I could find. So if you're prepared to spend a little extra on replacement arrows (I'm currently waiting for a set to arrive that I hope will be a little more sturdy), then I would very much recommend this set.

Arrows were bent when we took them out. Liked the easy assembly. Target blows over easy with a light wind. Grandson liked it. It has helped him learn how to shoot arrows the safe way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son was super excited to have a bow and arrow just like dad. The bow was made with great quality and I like that you can adjust the string but I can't say anything great about the arrows. They do not suction to the target as you would expect and they don't fly as straight I would like them to. If my son could get passed the non-suctioning arrow s and the odd way they fly through the air, the target would fall over if any of the arrows hit it just right. We did decide to put the target up against a wall so that it wouldn't fall over and that seems to keeps him interested in the toy. The quiver is like any other toy, made of hard plastic and sturdy as needed to pull out the arrows properly. All and all, my son does play with it but I can't say that I would buy it again.

Just okay

NSG Sports Deluxe Archery Set front-facing view of a youth archery kit: tension-adjustable bow with visible limbs and string, durable quiver with adjustable strap, five safety arrows with suction-cup tips, and a large freestanding target with point-scoring rings on a plain background for indoor or outdoor play; often used as introductory target practice to develop aim and coordination.
