I have been using Neutrogena products on my face exclusively for nearly 20 years. This milky cleanser is absolutely divine. It can be applied to wet or dry skin. I apply it to my dry face, massage it in and then rinse it off. It's leaves my skin soft and clean feeling. I also apply to wet skin like any other face wash and rinse it off. No lather….just that soft, clean feeling.

I have been searching for a face wash that is not drying because of my skin. This dry skin milky cleanser has been great since I started using it a week ago

Great for dry skin

It doesn't lather and I like cleansers that lather but I think it would work for someone that prefers a cleanser without lather.

I really wanted to like this, but compared to the other PHA product i used, this created a rash on my forehead and cheeks. I took several days off and used it with my routine. it definitely did something bad. I'm not sure what it is inside of it that is causing it either. I plan to just give this away for free now. 

The blue version of this is pha cleanser better and it's funny because this is targeted for "sensitive" skin, but it felt like possibly it's the sunflower oil or fragrance. they shouldn't use fragrance or any nut directives. i have a tolerance for nut oils, but it really depends.
