The nail polish was dried out what a disappointment

Bad choice

If it weren't for 5 of the 6 bottles of "practice polish" (peel-off) included being completely dry and unusable, this would've received 5 stars.  The instructional book and tool/sticker guides are great.  We used our own polish and have a lot so the purchase wasn't a complete waste, but it would be for those who don't already have a nail polish collection.  I do feel cheated out of a full, usable product purchase, though, and may complain/return.

Nice product, but 5 of 6 polish bottles dry
