I have seen and used a real Naipo massager that belongs to some friends.  I liked it and wanted to get one for myself.  I was careful to get the model number from the label stitched into the unit.  The one I received from Walmart is a knockoff, not the item as shown in the photo.  It does not have the Naipo badge on it.  There is no part number on it.  It came in a generic box with no Naipo branding on it. Instruction sheet has no Naipo branding on it.  The arm straps seem to be shorter than the ones on the real unit I tried at my friends' place.   The materials also seem to be cheaper.  I'm very disappointed.

This is a knockoff, not the real item
