Very pleased. It's great art on the wall with endless variations of flames of color. It took too long to ship is my only issue.

I did install this fireplace by myself and I have to admit that is not too difficult to do so. The reason for me to give 4 stars is that I found the paint job is kind of cheap. I do have other fireplaces and the paint on those is very tough and won't be scratched easily. But, when I was cleaning this unit using my fabric gloves and to my surprise it got scratched (minor but still visible). I could not believe that a fabric glove could leave a mark on a metal body. I was expecting better job by Napoleon.

Cheaply made, Matt finish cheap tin.  Side glass even looks cheap.  The only thing I liked was it being vertical.  The glass is put in after which leaves many dust collection areas.  Not impressed with the flame either, The only thing I liked was the idea of being vertical.  There are not too many available out there.  For $400 I would expect it to be so much nicer looking.   I returned and purchased the NorthWest curved glass one for $113, and I love it.  More isn't better, lesson learned
