(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Got this unit 1.5 years ago and never once had an issue with it. Heats
                    great. Wife loves the different flame and accent light colors. It has never let
                    us down.

Features are great/ quality is wonderful

I did install this fireplace by myself and I have to admit that is not
                    too difficult to do so. The reason for me to give 4 stars is that I found the
                    paint job is kind of cheap. I do have other fireplaces and the paint on those is
                    very tough and won't be scratched easily. But, when I was cleaning this unit
                    using my fabric gloves and to my surprise it got scratched (minor but still
                    visible). I could not believe that a fabric glove could leave a mark on a metal
                    body. I was expecting better job by Napoleon.

Very beautiful once installed

Just purchased this fireplace to have near my office desk. It gives a great modern look while providing a little extra heat on cool days. Space saving, perfect for smaller room. One caveat, the 32 inch DOES NOT come with the faux logs, glass rocks only.

Good quality, however the operating instructions are ambiguous,

Cheaply made, Matt finish cheap tin.  Side glass even looks cheap.  The only thing I liked was it being vertical.  The glass is put in after which leaves many dust collection areas.  Not impressed with the flame either, The only thing I liked was the idea of being vertical.  There are not too many available out there.  For $400 I would expect it to be so much nicer looking.   I returned and purchased the NorthWest curved glass one for $113, and I love it.  More isn't better, lesson learned
