I purchased this Napoleon Freestyle 365 Propane Grill recently.  The size is perfect for 2-3 persons, not too big, not too small. It is easy to use, without the ignite button, heats up rapidly and evenly.  Love it!!  I am sure I will enjoy BBQing all summer long, and for many summers to come.  The only negative comment I have is the "elbow grease" that was required for assembling, as many metal parts were a bit bent, and holes were not aligned, because of that, but we managed!  This BBQ still deserves a 5 stars rating!

Easy to assemble and excellent quality. We followed a video that explains very clearly step by step how to mount it well. This BBQ heats up quickly and the ignition buttons work wonders. I love this BBQ and recommend it.

Napoleon Freestyle F365 PDNG BBQ

As I was a previous Napoleon BBQ purchaser, when the time came to replace my Napoleon Legend with a newer model, I was thrilled to find the Freestyle 365 on sale at my local retailer. It was a no brainer purchase and based upon things so far, I definitely made the right decision

Had to get another Napoleon

Grill is great but it's also brand new.   A few years from now would be the correct time to ask if the grill is as I expected.
So far the grill has live up to expectations. I will say that it came with a hefty price tag.  Hopefully I won't have to find out but I hope the warranty lives up to expectations

Assembly went very smooth. Pleased with the operation and performance so far. Only disappointment is that the natural gas model that I purchased came with a booth of the base cabinet designed to hold a propane tank. A solid bottom that would allow for storage in the cabinet would have been preferred.

Great grilling experience so far

Solid grill, easy to assemble (even for one person), cooks marvellously, cleans up well with the drip tray and removable splash tray under burners.  I would however suggest the installation of 4 revolving wheels as moving the unit with a propane bottle installed is very awkward due to the weight. There are no handles at the sides to obtain a firm grip which also makes moving the unit difficult.

Very nice quality.

Should you use cooking spray before cooking something?  What temp do you cook skinless chicken breast, NY Strip steak, hamburger -- would be nice to have a guide for this.

Should you cover BBQ nightly?

Anyhow, not enough info provided with BBQ  for new user.

I found the written instructions and virtual video still very confusing.  It took 4 plus hours to put the BBQ together.  The F365 also does not have an auto igniter (although as most BBQ owners know, they only work for a short period anyways).  Our last Napoleon, the Prestige took nowhere as long to put together and was much bigger. Plus the igniter lasted for at least 2 years which is a record in comparison to past BBQ's.  I was also disappointed to discover that I could not purchase new burner covers for our last model at a reasonable price requiring purchasing a new BBQ when there was little wrong with the old one other than the burner covers (11 years old)

Napoleon F365

This unit is perfect except it is HOT. It is too easy to burn your hands at the sides of the open/close bar and the side of BBQ on the end/side trays you MUST keep things like items with plastic handles or plastic plates at least 8 inches away or they WILL melt. DON'T place a spray can of grill spray at all on they little trays.

My barbecue came in a very damaged package and parts are damaged. The delivery drivers were already in their vehicle when I opened my door during delivery. I had ordered online because I did not have the physical strength to buy it in store. If it was a lighter and less bulky item I would have been on the field in store for an exchange. I feel like I have received an item that is already open as a demo that has ‘lived’. In my opinion, this is not an item in excellent condition.
