Can be clear and easy to follow, but may also be unclear or incomplete in some cases.

Found it very easy to assemble. Fold down side shelves make storage convenient and are easy to operate. Fast lighting and heats up quickly. Bit of a learning curve to find best position on grill for food to cook to my standards( in comparison to my old bbq that I have been using for 11 years). Would recommend as good quality entry level bbq. Price was higher than I wanted to spend, but you get what you pay for. Looked at a lot of other cheaper units and that's what they were...Cheap and poor quality.
Having the 10 year warranty was big factor in my decision to purchase.

Great grill, impressed so far and certainly do not reqret the decision to purchase. Ignites easily, holds steady temperatures and controlling made simple. I hope to be grilling on this for many years to come, Also purchased cover and rotisserie and looking forward to that first rotisserie chicken this summer.

Grilling Made Easy

As I was a previous Napoleon BBQ purchaser, when the time came to replace my Napoleon Legend with a newer model, I was thrilled to find the Freestyle 365 on sale at my local retailer. It was a no brainer purchase and based upon things so far, I definitely made the right decision

Had to get another Napoleon

Excellent grill, should last 10 years if taken care of. Heats fast, ignites fast and well built. If you don’t need a truck size large grill, buy this. It’s really all you need. In this case, bigger is not better. Have it built for you if you are not good at putting things together. It took me at least a couple hours and I’m pretty good mechanically, keep that in mind or go for it!  Napoleon has very good quality grills and accessible replaceable parts when that time comes. Add the cover to your order it’s high quality to protect 
 it.  Don’t be that guy that leaves his grill uncovered exposing it to the harsh elements. Cover it! Also, clean the grill routinely to keep your investment looking new. Clean it!

Was unsure at first but absolutely love this bbq. After moving our old one fell apart so needed a new one and this one we found at the beginning of the season and since our purchase we have used with ease lots since

A wonderful surprise of how well it works

Bought for a month. Very satisfied. Only thing: it is found that when cooking a chicken on the brooch, the distance between the grill and the chicken is insufficient.

Easy to assemble, although some sections were rather difficult to install due to the damage before it was packed...Heats up very quickly, so it shoukd do a very good job cooking,

I understand this is one of the lower end models but expected better performance. My main issue is with uneven heating/cooking. The grill cooks well in the middle and back of the grates, but not so well in the front and sides. Even cooking is one of the most important features that I expect in a grill in this price range.

Expected More

Assembly was easy I found that it warms up fast and cooks very even,  My only concern is that after lighting the burners sometimes one of them will just start screaming and I have to turn them off and on to  get it to stop. Their email link is not working so have not been able to contact them as I don't like being on hold.

close but not quite

My barbecue came in a very damaged package and parts are damaged. The delivery drivers were already in their vehicle when I opened my door during delivery. I had ordered online because I did not have the physical strength to buy it in store. If it was a lighter and less bulky item I would have been on the field in store for an exchange. I feel like I have received an item that is already open as a demo that has ‘lived’. In my opinion, this is not an item in excellent condition.
