Grease catch bin is too small. They don't make tray liners for this specific model. I purchased it assembled which is more my problem with the people that built it vs Napoleon but it's missing parts, not well put together. Napoleon's warranty support has been helping me resolve all the missing parts.

I love the way my Napoleon heats up quickly and cooks the food evenly.  In my opinion, there are two drawbacks to the model I bought.  The drip pan is too small.  It filled up after using my grill about 6 times.  The drip pan is also difficult to remove without making a mess.  In my model, the shelf the drip pan sits in does not slide out.  I have to reach under the pan, lift it up, slide it forward so it rests on the shelf, then reach in to remove it.  For us old fogies who have a hard time bending over, this can be a problem.  The price difference between my model and the next one up, which had a sliding drip pan tray, didn't justify spending the extra money just for that.  Overall, I highly recommend this grill.

My new Napoleon

We love everything about this grill except that Napoleon does not offer a foil drip pan for the Prestige Pro 665 or 825, which are their more expensive top of the line grills.  This makes cleanup of the drip pan very difficult, frustrating and time consuming.  The Prestige Pro 500 has an option to purchase a foil drip pan.  Hmmm, does that make sense?  Please Napoleon, offer a foil drip pan for your two top grill models.

Excellent Grill - Foil Drip Pan Not Offered

A very well built grill.  Very impressed with the packaging of the unit and the installation instructions.  Well thought out.  I do wish they would have identified each individual package with a label or identifier (i.e, side panel, burners, etc.) as I had to unpack everything to find the correct item to install.  I will say the quality of the grill components is very good.  I was pleased with the grates, knobs, burners, etc.  I did have 2 missing screws, but I had some in my garage.   I am glad I bought the 665 as I really appreciate the extra grill space. The side burner is a great addition as well.  I did find the rear rotisserie burner to be a bit weak.  The outside temp was about 50 deg F outside and it took a bit over 4 hours to cook the bird and vegetables below the spicket.  Maybe because I was cooking a 7 lb. bird on the rotisserie but then again!!! I will adapt to this grill but overall I am pleased with the purchase.

A Great High Quality Grill

I love my 665. The assembly was easy. It is a well Mede unit. Looking forward to many years of use. 
It definitely cooks different than my last grill but that is a good thing. The sear burner is awesome. I made the best steak I have ever made on the first try. I'm looking forward to using the infrared burner and rotisserie.

I was very disappointed that after paying for what is marketed as a premier BBQ that the knobs and electrical melted while using the BBQ in a normal fashion.

Not happy at all as my BBQ is useless now.

I already have a prestige 500 at home and this one for the family cottage and I am disappointed that it also does not heat up it has a nicer hot area and we are disappointed. The hot area is under the brush
