I've been using my new grill for about 2 weeks now and loving it. Excellent searing burner, good even heat over the grilling surface. I would like some explanation for the various holes and notches in the warming rack but that is just me. Haven't used the rotisserie burner yet but hope to get to that this weekend.

After researching several grills, I decided on a Napoleon. Went to a local dealer to see it in person.  Was satisfied with the quality and price point and made my purchase~they also helped loading it in my truck.  I've used it about 6 times so far, and I'm very happy with its performance. I have a rotisserie on order~excited to use it and the rear burner.

Quality grill that looks sharp too.

Great grill. The back burner really helps it get to high temps fast. Easily up to 700 F.
The stainless steel grates are very easy to clean. The lights are great to easily see which burner is on.It looks pretty sleek and high end as well.

Excellent grill

Very nice Barbecue. It has a nice even heat, with no hot spots, and the temperature control is great.

Great Q

Well, I am early into my ownership of my Rogue 425 but so far I am very pleased.  We have rotisserie a chicken, grilled steaks, seared hamburgers and done some vegetable inclusions that have worked out well.  What I probably like most about Napoleon is its network of connected users and their interaction on how to do things.

That being said, I have had to relocate my unit away from a vine covered wall because it gets so hot (which I appreciate) that the vines are being fried.

That is the least of my problems and I really appreciate the fact that the grill has the capacity to cook (sear) the way that I like my meat

My Review of a Rogue 425

It's a great product and gets to searing temps! I get a ton of compliments when anyone sees the grill. The built in thermometer is accurate. Heats very quickly and the stainless steel grates make it very easy to keep clean versus cleaning cast iron grates. 

The only downsides are:

-Oil gets onto the black matte finish so lots of cleaning to do to keep it looking nice
-The sizzle zone sometimes leaks oil onto the ground from where the gas tub connects to the ceramic burner (depending on how close your meat is to the edges of the grate the oil drops through)
-The knobs do not change color but are lighted nicely
-There isn't a bottle opener like other models
-Lastly only the non-sizzle zone end table actually folds down. It would have been perfect for my small patio if both sides folded.

Best grill I've ever owned with a few caveats

This is the 2nd Napoleon I have purchased.  A few upgrades after deciding was time for a new one.  16 yrs later.  The heat is amazing it produces and the infrareds are by far the best option to get.  I do have a couple of issues with it ,like ignitor not working on the side burner and a magnet is missing on the door.  The dealer i purchased from will sorta this out for me.  I looked at the other BBQ's but came back because of the quality. If i get 16 yrs again well would more can you ask.

Assembly is very well-thought and straightforward.  The grills seem to be constructed very solidly.  The IR side burner has done great with searing meat, as well as with higher heat Chinese style cooking. The grill seems very versatile and like a fun grill to use!

Phantom Rogue 425 SE — does what it is supposed to!

What I have found so far is this grill is not worth the money paid. For starters the brakes are hard to get to. The rear burner is good when you get it lit. The other burners have hotter sections front to rear. Have not been able to get the rear or side burners to light using the igniter.  As far as the side burner goes I had a hard time keeping it lit with a little wind blowing around it. Had to do it manually. At this point I hope it last as long as the warranty allows.

Not worth the money

Within short period of time the grill lighter was not lighting rear infrared burner, but lighting the side burner.
I was then lighting rear Infrared burner with handheld lighter, but 3 weeks ago the flame chaged from a blue 2 inch flame to a bright yellow 6 inch flame, therefore it is unusable!
Any suggestions?
