Great barbeque. Gets REALLY hot, the grates are easy to clean, and easy starting. Napoleaon should last for years, especially as stainless steel, and a Canadian company.

Very well built BBQ.  Perfect size. It does a great job on everything.

Good Quality

Well built product, very heavy. I bring the grills into the kitchen sink and they clean easily. Reaches 500 degrees quickly.

Solid

Napoleon should offer an option to add stainless steel grids without having to buy them separately for a high cost and then be stuck with an extra set of cast iron grids. Thankfully the Rogue XT model I got came with stainless steel grids and without a side burner which I didn't need. I'm very happy. The general quality exceeded my expectations. A few minor quirks though. Having a big round hole in the bottom of the unit for a propane tank when the model is powered by natural gas is not ideal nor is the fact that the rear panel only covers half the back leaving half open to the elements and wildlife. All the provisions are there to fit a second panel but Napoleon doesn't include one. Looking at photos of other higher end Rogues, it looks like they come with 2 rear panels. Again, kind of minor but a bit of a sour taste.

Stainless steel grids in a basic model is great

Very satisfied with the product. Very good performance. Only small bemol the tablets become hot during the cooking time probably because of the heat exits near the tablets containing plastic risk of melting or the plates become hot. Risuqe de brulures

Great product I recommend it

The grilling temperatures and controls are everything I hoped for.  Cleanup is a breeze too.  My only downside has been the grill seems to be top-heavy and tried to flop during a storm. Admittedly, it was an unusually strong storm.  I have it anchored now and am thoroughly enjoying using it.

I grill 3-4 times weekly

Love the stainless steel grates, they should last a lifetime! Overall very happy with the BBQ, it quickly heats up and is quite even across the cooking area. Unimpressed with the utensil hooks, they are too small and seem like low quality, but only a minor overall complaint

Great Grates

Recently purchased a Napoleon grill on the recommendation of family and reviews. 
After several months of use am pleased with cooking capabilities and in particular the easy start system. 
I would like to see a fuel gauge but other than that am satisfied with the quality and reliability.

What I like is that it heats up quickly to 600 degrees with only 2 burners on and cooks the  food just right with a timer and digital thermometer.
What needs to be improved is >> 1 - the handle bar to open gets hot when grill is on and in the sun. 2 - you need to put 3 hooks on each side instead of 2.  3 - No instructions on how to clean the inside - does the plate under the burners come off? 4 - The up and down locks on the wheels just don't work. some wheels lock in any position and I can't move the grill around.

The BBQ is quite good and I am happy with it thus far. The assembly instructions are terrible and was a frustrating experience. If it weren't for a couple of YouTube videos that I found, I would have returned the product. This is an entry level product and that doesn't mean the absence of bells and whistles -rather - the material that is used to make the product. Some of the items I found to be flimsy and will need to be replaced in the future.
