Love the grill except for one thing. The lid handle gets so hot that you can't touch without  burning your hand when you try opening the lid. First grill that I have owned that this happened. It was suggest to me that I wear gloves when using the grill. That is not convenient .

Well designed and well constructed.  Relatively easy to put together after unpacking it from its well packed and sturdy box.  All components are high quality and all pieces fit together as detailed in the instruction with little effort.

I've had the grill about three weeks and have used it about 6 times and it's worked fine so far.  Time will tell if it lasts as long as advertised.   I do like the cast iron grates of this grill, they sear the food nicely!.

Works well so far!!

So far, all good! recently purchased and only have used it a few times and I am very satisfied thus far. Also, the assembly was much easier that I thought it would be.

As good as I hoped it would be

Product was easy to assemble.  I did however order the incorrect one, I actually wanted the one with the side burners.  Have not used it yet, but will do so next week.

My cooking experience!

I bought this BBQ a month ago and I am very satisfied. Simple and fast assembly, well distributed heat and we can easily adjust our cooking with its 4 burners.

Don't hesitate!

Amazing bbq, video link for assembly is very useful as well.  Love its warranty that's bumper to bumper.   We do a lot of grilling (4/7 days a week) year round, so we needed something that would last.

Great quality

We wanted to buy a grill that would last. Avoiding the big box stores , we stopped by Roc Barbeque in Rochester N.Y . The owner of the store told us why he carries Napoleon grills and after seeing the high quality in person we bought one that day. The grill is everything we were hoping for , solid construction, even heating, and design.

An expensive product and absolutely not worth it. It completely rusted even though it was kept under a covered balcony and protected with the proper cover. It was bought at Home Depot as a Canadian product with a lifetime warranty, only to find out after 5 years that the warranty is actually just 15 years and covers practically nothing. When we checked the rusted parts that needed to be replaced, we noticed the stickers saying the product was made in China.
