Having worked for a hardware store years ago, I have built an unknown amount of bbq's, plus all of the “throw away” models I have had since. This Rogue 425 is by far the best built bbq I've seen. As for cooking, I am so impressed; heat is easily managed, and the stainless grills are so easy to work on, and keep clean. But the heat plates are where the awards are won in my opinion. No longer the flimsy pieces of tin that you can tell will last a year or two; these are heavier gauge stainless plates that make it easy to see why such a long guarantee on this product! If it's possible to fall in love with a bbq, I think I'm there!

After a lot of research I decided to go with the Rogue® PRO 425 SIB. It was easy to assemble and was ready to cook in less than an hour. The grill is easy to use and heat is definitely not an issue. As with anything new it takes a few tries to perfect techniques but let's just say we have cooked steaks, chicken, lamb and even a few vegetables. Fast cooking and slow cooking and it can do it all. I waited two months before I shared my thoughts just to make sure I didn't have new car syndrome. I would recommend this grill as a perfect addition to anyone's patio.

Great grill with nice features: stainless steel grates, full swivel and locking wheels, the side sear burner is great - and then there's the lighted knobs! Throw in their 15 year warranty, and it all adds up to a quality grill that I enjoy cooking on.

Sweet "Little" Grill!

First new bbq since I bought my last Napoleon, 18 years ago. Excellent bbq. Very easy to assemble. Did it myself but better if there are 2 people. Starts first time, every time and heats up very quickly. Perfect size for 2. The stainless steel looks very classy. Highly recommend.

Rogue® PRO 425 SIB

Nice BBQ. Appears to be great quality. Assembly instructions very vague making assembly quite difficult.

This is a really well built BBQ with excellent searing capabilities. 

I put it together in about 2 hours, and a quick tip, open up the firebox and remove everything before trying to fit it! That was my biggest issue as it was quite heavy with everything in it! 

Also the wiring for the sear is held in with a tie clip and this should be snipped before getting the wiring in (its not part of the instructions).

Onto the real part of the review. This is an excellent bbq, it gets hot really quickly and is very controllable. The sear station (left hand section) is amazing and cooking steaks as it gets really hot really quickly and does exactly what it says. Sears the steak and keeps it really juicy.

My only reason for giving it 4 stars at the moment is that the grates on the main section of the grill seem to be quite rough and this makes the food stick to it. 

It may be that I need to repeat the seasoning for the grill and get them hotter for longer, but I'll do this and then maybe update this review.

I also bought the griddle plate which is excellent, its very smooth and easy to clean and food is not sticking to this, so it may stay in the bbq permanently!

I did get the charcoal and smoking add on as well, but haven't had a chance to use this yet. Maybe I'll get the chance over Easter

Excellent BBQ that gets hot quickly and is well built

Very Nice Stainless Steel Grill. The size is great for a small outside deck.  The grill does require a quick wipe down to keep finger prints off.

Loving Stainless Steel when grilling

I bought the device 3 weeks ago and since then I use it regularly. One downside, the assembly is not for Mr. or Mrs. everyone.
