I bought this to replace an older style that was leaking. This bottle actually exceeded my expectations in fitting my iPhone XR; the pocket easily stretched over my phone while in the pocket. I was a little skeptical of the top part but I actually like it better than the original but valve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great upgrade! My last Nathan handheld lasted 8 years, and I figured it was time to update it. I love the ergonomic grip on the bottle, and the cover is light and comfortable.

I love the bottle itself but unfortunately the holder doesn't stay on very well and slips off throughout/during my run.

Great bottle

I want to give it 5 stars. The bottle itself is awesome. Works great and holds the cold for sure.   
The handle is awful.  The tighter you attempt to make it the more likely the bottle is to shed the wrap and fall to the ground.

I do like this bottle and feel like I finally have enough water with me on long runs. There's something about the shape of the bottle and the way the fabric handheld is made that makes it very awkward to carry though.

Quicksqueeze 18 oz. Insulated

Once I modified to the way the bottle should have been designed, this bottle is pretty good.  Initially the cloth handle/pouch part would slip off the bottom and mid-run I would have to carry the bottle like a 1 lb. dumbbell.  I also found the cap would not dispense water as easy as I expected.

So, I swapped the cap for a Nathan Race Cap and moved a strap, just above where your hand holds the bottle, over the cap and to the pouch side.  Now, I can comfortably and confidently take this bottle on my longest of long runs.

The holder slips down the bottle which causes me to grip it more than I expected. Has also leaked a couple of times.

I was pretty disappointed. It was heavy, especially with carrying your phone in it and the cloth part that covers the bottle kept getting loose and the bottle actually fell out of the strap at one point. I wasted a lot of time on my run trying to adjust and readjust. It just doesn't hold well and no one has time to be worrying about their water bottle. I do not recommend this product.

Keep looking

I'd read the other reviews about how the strap design is not great, and the bottle slips and slides around. I thought that since I had bigger hands, that might not be as big of a problem. But all of those reviews were correct. It's disappointing because the smaller Nathan bottle I have doesn't have these problems. I love it. I had hoped for better out of this bottle.

Bottle won't tighten enough to be secure while running.  Also, difficult to drink out of.  Am I doing something wrong?
