[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Built well with strong materials. Should last a long time. I like the quality for the money spent. It's on our swing arm iron gate that's about twelve feet wide and sits on a concrete drive way.  It turns when it's supposed to thanks to the internal bearing and springs up/back at the appropriate time as well because it has a heave duty spring. I also appreciate the back bracket with the cut outs to accept bolts and nuts. These work great to add support to a slouching gate.

A great addition to any gate

I'm giving 5 stars until I get a reason to lower the rating. I have had no issues, installation is pretty much straight forward.---2 holes. Directions say to use 5/16 hardware, I went up to 3/8" Bolts, washers  lock washers, square washers, nuts, and lock nuts. I know I didn't need all of that, I guess I'm an over achiever. To the lady that wrote the only other review on here saying that this does not swivel in a complete circle (360°) , you ma'am are either a liar, or you purchased the wrong item, because this is indeed a swivel caster. But anyhow, got it installed, need to give it about a week before I know for sure if it's good or crap. Will update In about 2 weeks.

It's working like it should. (And it is a swivel)

The radius of the caster is the same as the distance from the axle to the mounting surface so the caster does _not_ rotate 360 degrees.
