The tree required alot of fluffing as expected with any new artificial tree. Once the tree was fluffed it was amazingly lifelike. It is even more beautiful than the online picture. It is very full and has many places to hang ornaments of all sizes. It is a very well made tree. We expect to have it in our home for many years to come.

Well we spent a long time "fluffing" this tree - even watched videos on the best ways to do it - and couldn't get it to look anything less than sparse. Sad, sad tree.
