This majestic Downswept Douglas Fir tree is 4.5 feet tall and 38 inches in diameter at the bottom, giving the tree a wide profile. Friends and family alike will marvel at how the tree closely mimics those outside. Molded from real tree branches for an authentic living tree appearance, this tree features our trademarked ‘Feel Real’ technology. Hundreds of crush-resistant polyethylene tips form full bodied branches to create a tree with remarkable realism. The tree is designed with a hinged branch system that allows the branches to swing down for a quick and simple set-up and fold back in for easy storage. Set aside 45-60 minutes after assembly to properly shape the tree by peeling back the branches and pulling the tips apart to give the branches a more full-bodied look. This fantastically festive tree is strung with 900 Dual Color LED lights prior to packaging and includes a sturdy, metal base for a more convenient setup. The Dual Color LED bulbs can alternate between white and multicolor lights and includes a switch to control ten different light functions, allowing the bulbs to twinkle, flash or fade on either color setting. The lights operate individually, so if the bulb lens has not been cracked or broken, the light set will continue to illuminate except for any individual bulbs that are not working. This tree also includes PowerConnect, an additional feature where the wires run through the middle pole of the tree, eliminating the need for extension cords and plugs in the branches. Before dressing the tree in twinkling lights and glistening ornaments, consider placing it in a living room or dining area where it can be viewed from multiple angles and does not block any entryways. Once shaped, this tree is beautiful especially considering its price. The color changing lights add an additional treat as the same light bulb on each limb turns from white to pastel or full color when you choose one of the nine settings.  I am so very pleased with this tree.

I am completely dazzled by this absolutely beautiful real-looking Christmas Tree. I have purchased several artificial Christmas Trees in the past, BUT this tree from The National Tree Company surpasses every single one of those! The needles look very real as does the whole general appearance. Each one of my favorite decorations shines. I highly and unequivocally recommend this company!

I am very happy with my purchase. I had been looking to downsize our tree. I bought a 4 1/2 foot prelit (colored and white lights) tree. You can set the lights to do different things. This is perfect for me, and just what I was looking for. The tree was delivered 4 days after purchasing!

Purchased this 4.5 pre lit Douglas fir Tree

We bought this tree for Christmas 2026 after seeing our daughters tree while visiting in Texas which was 7/12 tall and how beautiful and real like it was. SO we just had to purchase one before leaving and having it here in NC after we got home. So we are looking forward to putting it up next year and I am sure will not be disappointed!

Beautiful Trees

I would like to return or exchange this tree. I have one of your 6'5” trees that is very well made, beautiful. I love it. But it is too heavy for me to manage by myself. So I wanted to buy a smaller one. But the quality between the two doesn't even come close. The larger one I have, has beautiful rubber needles. And it has needles on the branches all the way to the truck. The smaller tree has flimsy plastic fabric like needles that end half way back to the truck, so half of the tree branch is bare - no resemblance to a real tree. I am disheartened about the poor quality and the large freight charge for something I am not happy with.
