This is such an effective detox shampoo. It lathers well and smells so clean and fresh. It gently yet effectively cleansed my scalp removing the oil, dry flakes and product buildup without stripping hair. My hair felt so soft, shiny, light and manageable. I did not experience any irritation or dryness. I did not find the scent too strong which was just perfect for me. I like the large bottle and the pump it comes with as this made dispensing just the right amount of shampoo easy without wasting. I used to use a different brand detox shampoo but I am definitely switching over to Native detox shampoo because of the effective results which I have personally experienced. Overall, I absolutely love how my scalp and hair feels clean and refresh everytime I use this when needed. It truly feels like salon-washed hair!

I live this shampoo. I have a dry scalp during the winter months but my hair can tend to get greasy. This shampoo moisterizes my scalp and makes my hair feel soft. My hair feels light and clean afterwards.

I have seen visible reduction in the amount of build-up I've been dealing with, and also a visible increase in volume since I started using it. And although frizz isn't a major issue for me, I've seen a reduction in frizz as well. Overall, this is a great shampoo for anyone, but especially those with chronic scalp issues like I do.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way the shampoo makes my hair feel and smell! It's so relaxing in a nice warm shower! It's brought out some natural waves and lathers so easily! The only downfall is the pump was difficult to release so my pump broke on my shampoo bottle, but there was no way that was stopping me from using the product!

Great Shampoo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty good. Leaves my hair feeling clean for a while however I don't love the scent. I know some people would love it, but I don't love my hair smelling like mint. The scent doesn't last after the shower anyway so it's not that big of a deal, but still something to note. ￼

Good shampoo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pump doesn't really work on my bottle. I can't get it to unlock from the travel safety position (pushed down), despite having no issues with the shampoo in the same line. So that's unfortunate but maybe I just have a bad bottle. 

I had a similar complaint with the conditioner, but I don't like that the instructions just say “Lather. Sing. Rinse. Repeat.” Maybe I'm just being picky, but I prefer actual, not cutesy instructions. Sure, most people know how to apply conditioner, but I'm not sure how long it wants me to leave it in before rinsing (since this can vary widely depending on the conditioner). The website's instructions say “Wet hair thoroughly. Massage into scalp for about a minute and work into a rich lather. Let sit for 2 to 3 minutes and rinse clean. Singing is optional.” I'm not sure why they couldn't just write to leave it in 2-3 minutes. 

The conditioner felt pretty light and surprisingly hydrating for something meant for oilier hair types. My hair felt pretty soft but wasn't weighed down. However, when my hair dried it was frizzy and had no shine.
