this is probably the best shampoo I have ever used as of writing this. it smells great, works amazingly and it actually cleans my hair. it doesn't damage it like more generic brands and for some odd but good reason it has a bit of glide after washing and rinsing which is good if you run out of conditioner

She has curly hair and it not only is easy on her curls but it's clean ingredients make me have comfort in knowing we are washing our hair without harming it with the harsh chemicals most companies use!! YOUR PRODUCT DESIGN SUCKS. Someone tell me why i had to look up multiple videos on how to open the thing. I'm actually so angry that y'all haven't fixed this yet. Why should i have to use instructions to be able to wash my hair?!?

I will never buy this product again. I need to search how to open the shampoo. Then I needed to search for alternative methods to open the shampoo. Stupid counterintuitive packaging. There are multiple videos online about how Stupid the packaging is.
