I really think this helps somewhat. Its no miracle in a bottle,  but Im actually remembering things better than before.

I bought this product  for my father who is 84. He has gone through 40 pills so far and it seems to be working. I don't expect to see miracles in the first 60 pills but it to be working in a positive direction.

I am only giving it four stars because it is the first and only supplement I have tried as a supplement for memory.  I do feel that my memory and recall has improved.  I am only finishing up my second bottle (second month) of using this product.  So I would recommend trying it for yourself based on my personal results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These vitamins worked pretty good! I took as directed 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening with a meal. I definitely seen a difference in my memory. I felt very alert and aware of what I had to do for the day. It took about 4 days to make any kind of difference. I'd highly recommend this product. Just don't forget to eat prior to taking this vitamin otherwise it makes you nauseous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have taken these Natrol Cognium tablets for about a month now. I have taken it twice per day, one tablet in the mid-morning, and a second after dinner. Directions indicate to take it with meals. It is hard to say whether this product provided any true benefit or not, but the regimen was easy to take and I had no adverse side effects from it. I am further comforted to know this product has been clinically shown to sharpen the mind via a two-pronged approach. First it energizes the mind with increased blood flow and glucose and secondly it works to protect the mind as an antioxidant effect. As I age, anything that significantly helps to improve memory and recall is very much welcomed. Brain health has continued to be one of my biggest worries as an older adult. I also like that this product is stimulant free.

Improve Memory and Recall

I have been using this product for a little over 1 year and I'm not getting any worse but not getting any better. At least I feel like it has helped slow the progression compared to taking nothing at all before. I'm 80 years old and I felt as though I was losing my memory fairly rapidly before I started taking Cognium. So I will continue on for as long as I feel it helps.

Worth a try

The quantity compared to the size of the bottle is a joke. Haven't seen any improvement neither.

I used Cognium for several months and they definitely did not meet my expectations.  I got no positive results whatsoever. Additionally, the money back guarantee yielded no results either and it has been well over a year. I'm very disappointed in the product and the claimed guarantee and cannot recommend it.

Money down the drain.
