I love that this product promotes restful and healthy sleep for ages four and up. My children were able to fall asleep quickly. Effective and safe sleep aid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved a sample of Kids Melatonin Fast Dissolve- strawberry flavor, for purpose of this review. I gave my 4 oldest children (ages 4-10) one tablet at bedtime for several nights in a row. My kids fell asleep quickly, without fussing, and stayed asleep longer. My kids are all earlier risers, up by 630 most days. However, while using these tablets, my kids have slept through the night, & in until 730-8a! They have been so much more well rested and it shows! I like that these are a natural type of sleep aid. I, otherwise, would not feel comfortable giving them to my children. My children dont mind taking them, as they are easy to let dissolve & they said the flavor was good, too.

My son has always had a hard time falling asleep and staying a sleep. I was a little skeptical, but I thought why not try it. I'm sure glad I did! The strawberry flavor he says it's tasty. You can either chew it or dissolve it in your mouth. I will definitely be purchasing this again and I would highly recommend this.

Great Product

I bought this product because Natrol is a good brand, the ingredients were better than other brands, the price was good and I was hoping this might help me overcome my chronic insomnia.  Unfortunately, It did not help with my insomnia and I tried varying doses. Good brand so I just think melatonin does not work for me. Worth a try though!

Good brand, worth a try

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and my niece both had this before bed the first time trying it, my daughter ended up waking up in the middle of the night (which doesn't usually happen if she's had melatonin) but my niece seemed to have no difference. It worked on my niece great, still just the way any other kind would have worked. The lower mg of each tab is kind of nice, if you just need something to make your kiddos a little sleepy you can give them a low dose. The pills are very small and dissolve quickly, apparently they taste good too! They do the job they need to, give us parents a little sanity when our kids won't simmer down.
